Genital Acne Or Std How Do I Pop Genital Acne?

How do I pop genital acne? - genital acne or std

I have genital acne. I know it is a sexually transmitted disease, so do not tell me it is. I have these points before, but it's really hard to do. For some reason, the scrotal skin is thicker than normal skin and therefore can not force the matter through the skin. Once I pressed hard enough and one of them appeared. At all other times, the matter is finally on its way to thin the surface and the skin enough to make it pop. Could, in fact, not really. Thus, a little dry white substance ISH as the dry plate in the teeth. Is there a better way to get rid of genital acne? I think it is safe to open a small hole with a needle or your skin thinner? Who knows about this issue, please tell me what you do as a solution.

Not acne. They are called milia and try to explode or puncture with a needle / needles are the worst things you can do. They occur when dead skin does not move normally, but trapped in small pockets in the skin. It is best that the region is a regular skin exfoliation. We can not rid of them overnight, but we must persevere.
